Dog, you don't even have to go downtown anymore. They are in the county too. Everywhere. Hiding in bushes. Nodding off outside of grocery stores. Saying "homeless problem" sounds a bit like the "homeless question", if you know what I mean. And the way they talked about homeless people contained zero empathy. They seemed just be using the suffering of real, observable people just for a laugh. This country has the resources, programs elsewhere have shown it should actually be cheaper, especially in the long run. These people are homeless and suffering because we allow them to be.
